Standing Together for Maui, Hawai'i

Our hearts are heavy as we watched the devastating wildfires sweep across Maui, Hawai'i last week. Our thoughts are with our fellow REALTORS® Association of Maui, Inc. the Maui community,  and all others affected by this catastrophe. 

Many of you have reached out, asking how you can extend a helping hand. The REALTORS® Relief Foundation, a charitable organization that embodies our compassion and commitment to those in need, is there for just this purpose. Just as the REALTORS® Relief Foundation aided Washington State communities during our wildfires, they now stand ready to assist the victims of Maui wildfires. Your support not only provides the assistance that Maui will need to rebuild, but it also ensures that resources remain available for future disasters in Hawaii and across the country.

To contribute, text TEAMRRF to 71777. You can also contact RRF directly or visit their website at  https://rrf.realtor. The RRF ensures that 100% of the funds go directly to those impacted by disasters, offering them a lifeline as they navigate through the aftermath.

Updates

On August 14th, 2023, the REALTORS® Relief Foundation announced $1.5 million in disaster relief aid has been made available to Hawaii REALTORS® in support of the REALTORS® Association of Maui after fires recently devastated communities on the Hawaiian island of Maui.

Funds will be made available to the public to assist with disaster victims' housing payments as relief and recovery efforts continue. Read the full NAR update here.
