Partnership with Northwest Multiple Listing Service provides Washington REALTORS® members with zipForms
The National Association of REALTORS® (“NAR”) free zipForms member benefit for REALTORS® expired December 31, 2021. Since that time, WR has provided zipForms to its members with no disruption and no increased cost and will continue to do so for the remainder of 2022. At the same time, NWMLS’s longstanding relationship with Lone Wolf Technologies (who acquired zipLogix (zipForms) in 2019) enabled NWMLS to provide zipForms for WR and its members. NWMLS has provided its members with Lone Wolf’s TransactionDesk forms platform since 2014, which delivers similar functionality including electronic forms, online transaction management, cloud storage, and an electronic signature service.
WR and NWMLS work cooperatively on many different initiatives to further the real estate brokerage industry in the State of Washington. These initiatives include advocacy, legislation, education, training, real estate forms, communication, and other efforts to support real estate brokers. Providing zipForms to WR members is the latest partnership effort between the two organizations.
WR members will continue to access zipForms through the zipForms website for the next few months. Eventually, WR members will access zipForms via the NWMLS statewide forms platform, which will include access to zipForms and Xpress Forms (NWMLS’s legacy forms platform), training materials, information about forms revisions, and other resources. Additional information about that transition will be provided in the coming months.
