Mediation

Mediation is a collaborative process where a neutral third party, known as a Mediator, helps disputing parties reach a voluntary, mutually agreeable resolution. It offers a less confrontational and faster alternative to a formal Ethics hearing, promoting open communication and cooperative resolution.

Process:

The mediator facilitates discussions in a neutral setting, guiding the parties as they explore potential solutions. The mediator does not impose decisions or enforce penalties.

Outcome:

Once the parties agree on the terms, a written settlement is signed, becoming legally binding.
