Covenant Homeownership Program Real Estate Broker / Mortgage Professional Survey
In honor of the one-year anniversary of the Covenant Homeownership Program (CHP), Washington REALTORS® is proud to partner with the CHP Oversight Committee on a survey project designed to evaluate the outreach efforts of the program, and to help determine its effectiveness in serving homebuyers!

The Covenant Homeownership Program, overseen by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC), offers up to 20% (or $150,000) in downpayment assistance loans to homebuyers whose families were harmed by housing discrimination before 1968.
