Terry Eccles-Pettet

During her term, she advocated for affordable housing at both the local and state levels and traveled to Olympia to promote this cause. In 2018, she also took part in Habitat's international mission to Guatemala. She hosted several appreciation events for Habitat at her personal residence and invited national guest speakers to the Imagine Homes Realty Office. Her dedication to implementing and ensuring the success of the Habitat Land Trust, which provides a permanent affordability plan for housing, was the pinnacle of her service. Her efforts earned her the 2022 Ray Johnson Award, which recognizes volunteers who show a dependable record of service and leadership in passion and dedication to Habitat's mission. Ground has been broken for the first nine of fifty homes planned as part of the Evergreen Habitat for Humanity permanent affordability plan in Clark County.
