Detached ADU's - Legal in cities and now legal at the State Capitol - but will they become legal in rural areas?

Deadline Day in Olympia - HB 2126 and SB 6029 would overturn the Growth Hearings Board’s ban on Detached ADU in rural areas. These bills must pass from the House and Senate today, February 13th, which is the bill cutoff for bills to pass from their chamber of origin or they are dead for the 2024 Legislative Session.
