Quality of Life Mailings:

Paving the way for our input in local planning decisions

REALTORS® continue to send their series of Quality of Life mailings to every state, city and county opinion and decision-maker in the state of Washington- all state legislators, county commissioners, county council members, city leadership, planning directors and more. We are sending the message that we care about our Quality of Life and want to be involved as our communities update their growth plans.

The series of vibrant, colorful mailings explaining the core concerns of REALTOR® advocacy, introduce local leaders to our focus on planning for Quality of Life in our communities and pave the way for REALTOR® input on local planning decisions.

Our repeated mailings are making an impression on our policy-makers. With each new wave, we are educating all of our state's decisionmakers on matters that promote healthy growth, economic vitality and genuine quality of life in our communities.

These pieces open the door for discussion with local policy-makers about growth in our communities. They also serve as an icebreaker when going to discuss issues with your local policy-makers. Using the mailings to get "in the door" allows you to then offer your assistance and knowledge as a business owner and community leader.
